I have used the Vitex and it's been wonderful it has definitely helped to regulate my cycles. I haven't conceived yet, but I haven't been consistent with taking them either, so that may be why. I haven't heard anything about the Wild Yam though. Yes I would recommend it.
Just make sure you time your ovulation and do everything it takes to conceive.
