Supposedly Ron Coleman used BSN True Mass OR he just advertised for them. I dunno. I always saw him advertising for them in FLEX magazine. He did win the Mr. Olympia 8 times ya know!
Any whey supplement will only make you fat if you do not lift weights or exercise. If you are lifting weights hardcore, you should be taking in AT LEAST one gram of protein per pound of body weight. If you are not looking to become musclebound and just want to do aerobics and non-weight exercises like pullups and pushups, then you can take less I believe.
