I am researching Ephedrine-p57 Pills and want to use the product,but is ephedra really that bad for your body?
I have done some research on this weight loss product, but am not sure if it really works and how ligit it is. Have you used it? Tell me what you thought of it, if not, do you know of any "real" weight loss pills? I want to loose a couple pounds before spring break, but will do it naturally by eating right/working out. Ephedra really isn't good for your heart. Even the experts say that pills are the worst way for people to lose weight that stays off. You may lose a few pounds but it will be hard to stay that way without changing your eating and exercise habits. Eventually your body gets used to the pills and can accomodate, making the weight easy to put on. Those pills will speed you up and make you feel like you have all kinds of energy and no apetite. That is not only a false way to maintain body size, but also really unhealthy.
