Optimum Cholesterol
Optimum Cholesterol

What mass gainer has worked best for you?
I'm lookin to pack on about 5-10 more lbs of mass before school starts. I
I have been cycling on and off of Lean Body Mass 60, and Optimum Gold Standard.
But I feel like trying something new to see what happens. I was thinkin about either True-Mass or Cytogainer. Only problem I have with cytogainer is that it has a shizzload of saturated fat and cholesterol. Anyone have any good experiences with any of these or other weight builders? And i'm talkin 600 calorie plus per serving supplements, not straight whey.
As far as brands - ON, Labrada, and (generally) BSN are all good. Watch the amount of proteins you intake at a single sitting also as the body will typically process 40-50g per 2-3 hour period. Anything over that is flushed thru your system. If you feel you need more, split the timing of your supplement.
I would caution against expecting to be able to put on 5-10# on pure muscle in one month considering that it takes over 45,000 calories to build a pound of muscle. Not wanting to discourage you at all from you fitness program, just stay realistic.
