Whats the difference between Kent Purple Tech and normal Liquid Calcium?
Whats the difference? and are they used together or is one better than the other?

Purple Tech has more than just calcium. It has calcium and other necessities that you need to balance with your calcium like magnesium, strontium, and carbonates.
I have seen you on where asking about calcium before. You really need to be careful of your pH. When you try to increase the calcium too fast you are bound to have a sudden pH drop which can be fatal to some coral, inverts, and fish. Sometimes overdosing with calcium can drop carbonate and pH and cause actual damage instead of the slow coral growth from low calcium.
Water is all about a balance. if you are only trying to increase your calcium you need to think of more than just calcium. Sometimes you can add calcium like crazy and have no increase in calcium in your water, but your sand turns to cement! Magnesium and carbonates play a very important roll, and only dosing in one chemical can be dangerous.
You should test your carbonate hardness, pH, Magnesium along with your calcium and fine tune from there.
Really the best thing to do is water changes as the salt mix is already balanced for those elements. Higher quality salts like TropicMarin have more calcium and other desirable elements. Instant Ocean Reef Crystals ia a decent low end brand with good calcium levels.
If you want to dose yourself, read the back of the bottle. If it suggests another additive, usually magnesium, listen to what it has to say! They seriously are not just trying to get you to buy more products.
