i wouldnt buy anything from GNC. if you have done your research on the product...you will buy a huge jug that has 7 servings in it. so are you willing to drop all that money into 7 servings and turn around a week later and do it again? all weight gainer is...is more scoops of protein. you are going to spend more money at gnc than if you bought more food and started eating.
