i need diet advice. someone help!?

i weigh over 300 pounds and i really want to loose weight. i need help on like a diet plan and excerise. i dont know what to do and this makeing my life very hard... i have never really ate vegetables.i was kinda wondering if drinking v8 fusion is ok? please help

You will not get good weight management advice from the run of the mill dieting people. Those places, like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc. are all starvation programs and contrary to what the body needs and responds well too. All those people and companies are geared to keep you coming back. You go on their starvation programs and end up losing weight, but at a dear cost to your health and then gaining it back and needed them again. That is NOT the way to live your life.

The entire country has been subjected to program after program that uses INDOCTRINATION or some call it "brain washing" as a way to promote agendas and programs. Obesity is rampant in America today as a result of all this. The blame falls heavily on the agricultural programs and food industry for putting PROFIT over health. It's very sad to see all this happening and to realize that our country has fallen victim to this. So many of the so called scientific papers are nothing more than marketing propaganda where companies have hired "GHOST WRITERS" to sign their names to the papers for money. True science has become a scarcity. FOLLOW THE MONEY and you will see where it leads. The so called "food experts" are nothing more than "hired guns" of the food industry all dressed up to look credible but bought and paid for by the food industry that has more revenue than all of the industries in America combined.

You sir, are a victim. You are going to need to get educated on what is real and what is propaganda. There are some books that can help with that, but not those typical weight loss books and Julian Michaels is NOT what you want. That is nothing more than starvation with exercise as it's core. Yes, you can lose weight that way, but it is painful and costly on your health.

Fruits and vegetables are carbs. Sugar is carbs. Grains are carbs. Basically anything that is not protein or fat are carbs. The USDA food guidelines are a joke. Breast milk a humans best food you can eat. It will not pass as acceptable food if you follow those guidelines. Ridiculous people put that together with a profit agenda that was bought and paid for by corporations bidding on who could get to the top of that pyramid.

FAT and fat management is the key to your losing weight, but not LOW FAT. The human body was designed to eat lots of fat. Low fat diets are destructive and do just the opposite of what they are intended to do. That's why you have to exercise your heart out when on a low fat diet because you are starving and your metabolism slows down as a result and the exercise speeds the metabolism. What a stupid thing to do, but look around at all the low fat, non fat things going on.

Carbohydrates are like the kindling on a fire, fast, quick, fleeting energy. If you eat a diet high in carbs, you will need several meals all day long to keep your energy up. FATS, on the other hand, are like the logs on a fire, slow, sustained energy that keeps you satisfied and not hungry and also tells your body that you are not starving and to keep your metabolism up.

Proteins are important for making hormones, antibodies, and structure like muscles. In order for you to metabolize protein, you need TRUE VITAMIN A, not the fake one, beta carotene, that is not vitamin A as you have been told. True vitamin A is found in meat and things like organ meats such as liver. Having said that, you don't want to eat the meat you find in the Mausoleums where dead food is held in state, but from local ranchers that grass feed their animals and don't feed them any grains.

A few simple things that will cause you to lose lots of weight is to improve your digestion, snack only on nuts and seeds mixed with coconut flakes throughout the day, a mild colon cleanse with a high quality product, and increase your good fats, like olive oil, coconut oil, real butter made from RAW DAIRY cream. Reduce your carb intake to 75 grams max per day. Eliminate ALL GRAINS from your diet. AVOID and ELIMINATE all soybean oil (& anything with soybeans in it), canola, cottonseed oil, and corn oil.

Drink lots of water. Avoid all chlorinated water and products. Avoid ALL Fluorinated water and products, like fluoride toothpaste. V8 fusion is junk. It is pasteurized, chemically grown vegetables with no food value, and loaded with the wrong kinds of salt. ONLY eat salt that is air dried sea salt.

Do those things and you will see a dramatic improvement in your weight in days. Then find a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can guide you on what to do to become truly healthy. Doctors are not the answer and have no clue what they are doing in regard to nutrition.
