B compound + Inositol--TOO MUCH?
I am taking Tropich brand "high potency B compound", once in the morning 20 min before I eat something, and once before bed
Here are the ingredients:
Vitamin B1 (as Thiamine Mononitrate) 55 mg
Vitamin B2 55 mg
Niacinamide 55 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) 55 mg
Vitamin B12 55 mcg
Biotin 55 mcg
Folic Acid 1 mg
d-Pantothenic Acid 55 mg
(as Calcium Pantothenate)
PABA 55 mg
Vitamin C 55 mg
Choline 55 mg
Inositol 55 mg
Can I also take an extra Inositol pill that is 250 mg with it?
Currently I am working towards preventing and thus stopping panic and anxiety attacks. So I am taking 1 table spoon liquid magnesium in the morning + 1 B compound, and also do that again at night (started this yesterday)....but just wanting to take an extra inositol pill too...
wondering if taking 250mg of inositol with an additional 55mg of inositol in the B compound pill is "too much"...?

No. Unless you're allergic to or sensitive to Inositol, that's no where near too much. The B vitamins are water soluble, so if your body can't use it, it'll just be excreted.
Also, if you spread those three pills throughout the day, you'll get more of an effect at all times of the day instead of a bigger effect when you take two of them together and less throughout the day until your night dose.
