i know they recommend to stack cell mass with n.o. xplode and atro-phex...
but this morning i consumed a capsule of atro-phex by drinking n.o. xplode at the same time... my question is:
is that in some sort of way supposed to affect me in a bad way.. like it somewhat is doing right now?? im constantly getting nauseous and im constantly going to the restroom for number 2 =\
BSN is an overpriced overhyped company. u can get the same products for much cheaper by not buying BSN/Muscletech/MRI. as for NO products in general, they are a ripoff, they do very little for muscle gain, u basically pay 60 dollars for caffeine. in the future stick with basic
whey(any whey, it does not matter, ON/GNC/EAS/Body Fortress are decently priced)
multivitamin(optimen/multipro 32x/grocery store multi)
creatine/fish oil optional...(plain monohydrate for creatine its cheapest and proven)
